Items will be shipped after payment is received (personal checks must be cleared first).
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Orders received before 1pm EST will typically ship the next day.

What happens if I did not receive my package?
Contact us and we will work with you to find out where your package is.
Note however, that we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit or after delivery. Proof of postage is sufficient proof of receipt. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. All of our products are tested and inspected before they are shipped to make sure you receive quality merchandise.
